All laser hair removal services, treatment sessions, and treatment packages are governed by a strict non-refundable policy. Payments made toward any package—whether the package has not yet begun, is in progress, or has been partially or fully used—are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Refunds may only be considered at the sole discretion of the clinic under the following condition:
a) A client has made partial or full payment for a treatment but is unable to proceed due to external complications (e.g., medically-related reasons), provided that valid documentation and proof are submitted for review.

For any payments made as initial deposits for treatments that have not been performed in any capacity, the deposit may be used towards another treatment.

Deposits for any treatment or procedure are non-refundable if the client does not comply with the clinic’s 48-hour rescheduling or cancellation policy. In such cases, the deposit will remain on the client’s file and may be applied to future services with management approval.
